Make ordinary rice extraordinary! All you need is your favorite rice and a can of full fat coconut milk. Pour the coconut milk into a sauce pan, bring to a boil and add 1 cup of rice. Turn down heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes! Easy, gourmet delish!

Mexican Casserole: 1 lb sausage – 1 box Mac & Cheese – 1 can diced pleeed tomatoes – 1 small container sour cream – 1 green pepper – 1 onion – 1 tablespoon chili powder (or less if you don’t want that much) – 4 slices American Cheese Brown sausage, cook Mac & Cheese (add butter but NOT MILK – milk will make it too runny), cut up green pepper & onion, stir everything together in casserole dish w/ American Cheese on top & throw in oven at 375 for 25 minutes.
